Thanks Laura for you questions and comments-In answer to your questions about Blue Star Energy:
Blue Star Celestial Energy combines a very high-dimensional level of healing, for bringing galactic healing and peace to the planet, with personal spiritual growth, or ascension-oriented, work. It is meant for people with a mystery school (or Reiki Master) background. Blue Star is a transmission of spiritual ability to bridge the gap between God and man -- the Rainbow Bridge, or antakharana -- enabling the initiate to function at expanded levels of awareness. The attunements or initiations (the transmission) are permanent enhancements to the subtle body, which increase the personal vibration level, or frequency, enhancing spiritual development and preparation for the coming shift. As these empowerments are permanent, the enhancements, and the speeding up of personal vibration, spiritual development, and evolution are not limited to this lifetime, i.e., they will remain throughout all subsequent lifetimes as well.

The primary aim of Blue Star Celestial Energy is towards the growth, evolution, and spiritual development of its practitioners. Blue Star Celestial Energy also protects against the psychological fragmentation which could threaten the psyche during its exposure to multidimensional experiences of inter-time travel.

The celestial energies of the Blue Star Celestial Energy healing method may be used at many levels, including refining spiritual development, allowing initiates to speed up their personal frequencies, and negotiate the subtle body, in addition to healing methods.

The program includes basic and advanced Merkaba and Triangulation training, as well as techniques for inter-time travel, and planetary and galactic healing. Blue Star Celestial Energy training is offered in two levels. Level I is open to anyone involved in healing or ascension-oriented work. Level II/Master, which confers the ability to teach and transmit the energies of the Blue Star, is open only to Masters of attunement-based healing modalities (such as Reiki, Seichim, etc.)

Also, I see your point and discussion about the symbols. In Reiki two I teach that the symbols are "keys" to unlock energies for healing. I also teach Karuna Reiki and when I was first attuned to the energy I felt a heartbeat in my hands when I would activate the energy. I find that over the years the symbols and energy automatically channel through or around me as needed. I also know that the symbols create an "conditioned response" in the brain that tells the brain to transmit when the symbol is thought of.

I found that asking the angels for healing during the day makes me a bit spacey and thinking about angels too much! I sleep so much better at night when I ask them for healing at night. It is just a personal preference. I do call on the angels during the day for assistance in my life though.

Blue Star Celestial Energy sounds fascinating! Where do I find a teacher? I'm assuming I would need to be near them as far as location, or is it done from a distance as well?

Your comment about the symbols creating a conditioned response is perfect - that is exactly it. And I was given a symbol to use, but only told that it was for my right hand. It's a power symbol, but the traditional power symbol is for my left hand. Every time I go to try the traditional power symbol for my right hand, I am prevented and reminded to use the other one. I'm not sure why. Any ideas? I am taking Karuna Reiki in October - how do you like it?

How strange, but somehow cool that you have two different Cho-Ku-Rei's in each hand! Remember it is all intention and it you tell yourself they both flow through each had they will! If you are a Reiki Master, you can do a "self attunement" to place both symbols each both of your hands. When I pass attunements I have the individual open their hands and I place the symbols in both hands at the same time.

I listed a few to give you a variety. Blue Star is not Reiki, but works with the Pleiades star system. There are about 8 or 10 new symbols to learn that look Egyptian, like SSR. I found this class, just when I was thinking about changing careers a few years ago. I signed up for it on a whim with a teacher that I respect and have learned all of my Reiki from. I couldn't get over how different it felt after the attunement from Reiki. My clients kept asking me what I was doing different during their sessions!

As far as Karuna Reiki, oh I just love it! It works with the goddess of compassion, Lady Kwan Yin and the ascended masters. It is all about love and healing the emotions. Most of the symbols work with emotional healing. Bill Rand that put his copyright on the Karuna System, supposedly channeled all of the symbols with his highest Reiki Masters....well, I don't know about that, but this is the book I use for my classes:

You can attain anything through the Universe you desire at any time. Symbols are stepping stones to get you there, like a filter. Once you get there, you can take the training wheels off and be free!

Yes, I know about putting the symbols in my hands, of course. Still - I was given specific instructions that it's only for my right hand, not my left, and I've been told that each time I try the traditional power symbol in my right hand. I'm turned around to use the new one.

I'm very excited about Karuna Reiki. Yes - I have that book - it's wonderful. Laurelle Shanti Gaia was one of the ones also credited with being given Karuna Reiki with Rand. The account is really quite wonderful. I love that it works with different layers of people - deeper emotional layers and past-life and current life traumas, for example.

I will look into Blue Star Celestial Healing - thank you so much for the links!

I, like you, have been listening to music for my entire life. Some people listen, and some are the musicians. Many people say that they are not talented enough to play an instrument, or that they are not coordinated to play an instrument. However; have you tried before? The reason I write this today is because you should give it another chance! As you play the instrument of your choice, you will find a sound or a style that resonates with your vibration. Something special happens here, something soothing, relaxing, and satisfying. There is no timetable on how fast you can learn, or how skilled you become, as you will know what you like to hear as you go along. The best advice I ever received in regard to playing Bass was "leave it next to the couch, and pick it up even for just 2 minutes a day". I have been doing that for 25 years, and I can honestly say that playing the music must be a healing experience. Singing, Drums, Guitar, etc... it's all good. Have a great day!

I was very fortunate to get my nursing degree from a program that was very holistically focused. I use therapeutic touch,energy balancing and transfer, chakra balancing and Angelic guidance. I have learned that without surrounding myself in light and calling for guidance every morning the critically ill patients I care for drain too much energy from me.
