what would you recommend for a person that is not very active? Someone that sets at computer most of the time because of their work. They need something that would help the chi to flow and something to let their metabolism burn also. Something that would make them more flexible without killing theirself doing exercise which is very hard for them at their age which is an older person in their 50's. They have high blood pressure which is controlled by meds and fibromyalgia.
