About Me:

An April child, I am taurus with Gemini rising (an interesting mix).

I adore all forms of health, healing and wellness, whether that be energy healing, fitness or nutrition or simply a good laugh.

I love crystals, meditations, incense, chakra balacing, the unending wonders of nature, music with all of its emotional power, herbs, food (cooking is almost a therepy in its own right lol), spending time with my beautiful friends and family ( I love you all so dearly), reading, travelling ( the more i see of the world, the more i love it), yoga, cuddles (another therepy in their own right), animals (each one astoundingly beautiful in its own right) and astrology.

I have recently been attuned as a Reiki Master. I am attuned in traditional Usui Reiki. Also i am an avid partaker in Qigong, which has changed my outlook and ability to cope with the stresses of life completely. I am studying to become a personal trainer and one day i would love to combine the benifits of strengthening the muscles, with Reiki and Qigong to produce a many leveled form of healing therepy which works on both energetic and 3rd dimensional levels.
