I about to start learning pranic healing, have you tried it before? and if so how do you compare it to Reiki? and polarity? for that mater how do you compare polarity to reiki? are the techniches similar? do you mixe the tecniches to get a better result? I know in Reiki you get the energy from the universe, in polarity do you just align it? I would like to know what your experience has been using the different types of energy.
