About Me:

Prema grew up in the Santa Cruz Mountains, in California's Central Coast area. In childhood she rode horses over the hills and beaches, played the cello, and painted people and landscapes, both real and imaginary. She was fortunate to be encouraged by her family to think for herself and to acknowledge and apply her imagination abundantly. This has helped Prema to have a very clear-minded approach to creating through intention. For herself and for others.

Prema has a gift of being naturally in tune with her intuition. Throughout her life she has been an enthusiastic student of life’s opportunities to grow and learn. Enthusiasm, optimism and a quest for knowledge has lead Prema to her studies of the Yuen Method and the integration of wisdom from many Great Masters into her life experience.

Prema Shanti Runk is a certified practitioner of the Yuen Method of Chinese Energetics; Honored to have studied with Dr. Kam Yuen himself.
Prema Shanti uses this method, a gentile yet powerful technique of pain elimination that combines ancient knowledge and the emerging science of quantum energy, to allow you to reach your full potential.
Her passion is to understand the workings of this magnificent universe and to assist in making this world a more positive, pleasant, and healthy place to enjoy.
Her goal is to extend the wealth of this to as many people as possible by way of private sessions, lecture and demos, and ultimately teaching this method itself; giving all a tool to create a limitless, effortless life in health, relationships, purpose, and abundance.
